Reseller / Agent Role Overview

Agents participating in the United World Telecom VoIP reseller program act as independent contractors, not employees of United World Telecom. The agent’s primary responsibility is to identify potential customers and direct those customers to United World Telecom-provided signup applications and onboarding processes. All service agreements, pricing, provisioning, billing, and ongoing support are handled directly by United World Telecom.

Commission Structure

United World Telecom offers a commission-based compensation model for qualified agents. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of revenue collected from customers contracted through the agent’s efforts. Commissions are issued monthly once accumulated commissions exceed $100. Specific commission terms and eligibility requirements are defined in the agent agreement. This structure allows agents to participate in revenue without taking on operational or support responsibilities.

Support and Service Delivery

United World Telecom provides the underlying telecommunications platform and operational support, including:

  • Global network connectivity and carrier management
  • Phone number provisioning and routing
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Customer service and technical support

Agents are not responsible for troubleshooting, account administration, or service maintenance.
