About the Role

We are growing our São Paulo team and are looking for a technically-minded Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to build, optimize, and execute the systems that power our B2B sales motion. You will sit at the intersection of sales, data, and operations—designing automated workflows, connecting our proprietary database to our CRM, and building the infrastructure that drives our new business and expansion revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building things, thrives on automation, and wants to directly impact revenue growth for a B2B service targeting multinational companies. You aren’t just handing off leads; you are engineering the pipeline from the first intent signal to the booked meeting.

What You’ll Do

  • Intent-Driven Lead Generation: Design automated workflows that capture website intent signals from Leadfeeder and Zoho SalesIQ, score them based on firmographics, and route qualified leads into active outreach campaigns in real-time.
  • Capture Omnichannel Intent: Build enrichment pipelines to capture external intent signals across the web (e.g., hiring changes, expansion/fundraising announcements, and new tech stack integrations) to identify and target new ICP prospects outside of our website visitors.
  • Drive Free Trial Conversions: Monitor real-time product usage signals (like control panel logins or usage of phone numbers) via webhooks to trigger immediate sales routing for active trial users, or automated re-engagement sequences for dormant trials.
  • Build Outbound Automation: Implement and manage “Human-in-the-Loop” outbound sequences using tools like Clay, Instantly/Smartlead, and Zapier/Make to streamline lead routing and cold outreach to multinational corporate prospects.
  • Pre-Outreach Research & Enrichment: Build AI-powered workflows that automatically enrich opportunities with company intelligence, pain points, and personalized talking points before an email is sent or a demo is booked.
  • Optimize Zoho CRM: Own the Zoho configuration for our sales workflows—building custom modules, automation rules (Blueprints/Deluge), and dashboards that give management real-time visibility into the pipeline.
  • Automate Upsell & Churn Alerts: Design internal notification systems (via Google Hangouts/Email) that alert our team to expansion signals (e.g., a current client visiting AI/integrations/Add Services tabs) or churn risks based on database usage metrics. Additionally, cross-reference our internal database with external APIs to automatically identify and trigger alerts for major expansion signals (e.g., a client announcing new funding or expanding to a new region).
  • Bridge the Data Divide: Build data pipelines (using APIs, Webhooks, or SQL) to connect our rich internal customer database with Zoho CRM, ensuring sales has real-time visibility into customer spend, subscription details, and expansion opportunities.
  • Conversational Intelligence for Enablement: Analyze transcripts from meeting software (e.g., Google Meet) and phone system to automatically extract pain points, objections, and feature requests. Sync these insights directly into Zoho CRM deals and aggregate the data to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Execute the Hunt: Actively manage these automated top-of-funnel campaigns to ensure a steady stream of newly booked meetings and inbound leads for the sales team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, Growth Marketing, or a GTM Engineering role.
  • Strong Zoho CRM Administration Skills: Deep comfort with Zoho workflows, custom objects, and reporting (experience with Zoho Deluge scripting is a massive plus).
  • Automation & Data Chops: Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit).
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and light querying/scripting (SQL, Python, or JavaScript) to interact with our internal database.
  • Sales Acumen: An understanding of the B2B sales funnel, cold email deliverability, and what makes outreach actually convert.
  • Bias Toward Action: You’d rather build a prototype automation in Make.com than write a 10-page spec document about it.
  • Language: Professional Working Proficiency (C1/C2) in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience targeting multinational/enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations for research and personalized copywriting at scale.
  • Previous experience operating as an independent contractor in LATAM for US/Global companies.
