Get Local Presence and Outbound Calling

To use our local caller ID management feature, you will need an Outbound Calling plan and local phone numbers with us.

Once you have our Outbound Calling service activated and added your target local phone numbers, you can easily set up outbound caller IDs through our control panel or our softphone:

  1. Log in to your control panel and go to your Outbound Calling.
  2. Choose the Outbound Calling line where you want to configure the caller ID setting.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Under Outgoing Caller ID, choose the Country and Lines (phone number) that you want displayed.
  5. Click Save Settings and start making local calls with your desired local ID!
