Customer Service Representative

Summary of Position: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all United World Telecom prospective and existing customers through in-depth knowledge of company services and websites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
  • Responsible for providing customers with service information and order updates with confidence
  • Processing customer orders through various web interfaces and working with vendors
  • Handle customer disputes, billing inquiries and payments
  • Work with sales, technical support and accounting teams in handling customer inquiries
  • Attend other related tasks as needed

Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Pay: $32,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year
